A dairy alternative breakfast or snack – you could use any fruit you had lying around the house.
Serves 2
250ml coconut milk
5 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 banana
120gm mango (frozen or fresh)
120gm pineapple (frozen or fresh)
1 passion fruit – seeds scooped out
Pour everything in to a blender and whizz together, divide between 2 glasses and add ice cubes. Enjoy straight away.
