Frozen Strawberry Yogurt

Ingredients

3 Handfuls frozen strawberries (or any berries you like)
2 Tablespoons organic honey
4 Tablespoons Greek Natural Yogurt or Fat Free Natural Yogurt (We used Tim’s Dairy)
The juice of half a lime


Method

Pop all the ingredients in to a food processor and blitz until creamy – about 3-5 minutes depending on how hard your frozen berries are.

Serve the frozen yogurt immediately with berries for decoration or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month. We liked ours a little tarter, but adjust the honey to add more sweetness. Next time we will be trying with some fresh mint leaves blitzed in too!
