Labneh Dip


Labneh is a product we have been stocking for about 9 months now; it’s very popular in the summer months! It’s a soft, cream cheese made from strained yogurt, that’s popular in Middle Eastern cuisine.



1 cucumber – diced (skin on or off, and seeds left in or out – your choice)

1 200ml tub labneh

Small bunch of mint leaves –diced very small

A  pinch of paprika

Salt and pepper to taste



Simply mix the cucumber, labneh and mint together, season to taste and sprinkle the paprika on top for a light, refreshing dip, perfect for dipping crudités or savoury snacks in.
